Microsoft FrontPage is a program that makes it easy to create and manage multi-page web sites. It presents you with an intuitive interface to drag and drop items to create the pages that make up a web site. As your design materializes for each page, FrontPage writes the HTML code that will produce that page on a web browser.
When you've finished designing your site, you can publish your pages to a live web site using another FrontPage feature. This two-day Frontpage training class will cover the essential aspects of using Microsoft FrontPage to create and manage multi-page web sites.
Course Topics in FrontPage
To make the most of FrontPage's features, it is important to have a clear understanding of general web concepts and HTML, the language that FrontPage writes to generate the web pages. To that end, we'll first examine topics such as where web pages are kept during development and how they are published to web browsers. We'll also learn basic HTML concepts such as tags and attributes -- and how they're used to incorporate images and links.
